How is your data protected?
The personal information we collect is kept in a secure environment. Only employees who need to perform specific work, such as billing or customer service, have access to personally identifiable information.

Data retention period
The data transmitted to us directly, as detailed in Article 2, shall be stored for the period necessary for the purpose of their processing.
Prospect data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact initiated by you.
The identity data that you transmit to us when you exercise your right of access or rectification is kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Information regarding the objection rights of individuals to receive commercial prospecting is retained for a maximum period of 3 years from the date the right is exercised.
We can delete your data upon your request. However, after the aforementioned deadlines, and including following your request for deletion, your data may be retained to satisfy our legal, accounting, and tax obligations (e.g., obligation to retain invoices for 10 years in accordance with Article L.123-22 of the Commercial Code) and/or during the applicable statute of limitations and/or in the event of legal proceedings for the duration of said proceedings.
